It's crazy to think that I have never been to LOVE park in Philadelphia or the Christmas Village. I've gone t to New York City around the holidays, but haven't seen the festive village that's almost in my own backyard. That might change this year, since I just saw on Philly Voice that they have added a new festive feature to the park.

It's called "The Present" and it stands at 27-feet tall with over 100,000 red and white LED lights. It officially makes its debut on Giving Tuesday, November 27th, and will be up till Christmas Eve. You can see it anytime from from 11am to 10pm, but the best pictures of it will be at night when the lights will shine the brightest.

This new festive addition is not just for show though. It stands as a great reminder that this holiday season is not all about getting gifts, but also about giving. Visitors are welcomed to make a $5 donation to one of three causes, that will be matched by Bank of America. You can choose from the following to donate to if you'd like:

- Fairmount Park Conservancy -  which leads and supports efforts to improve Philadelphia’s parks. (Text PARKS to 501501 to donate)

- Welcome America’s holiday book campaign for Philadelphia Parks & Recreation youth programs. A $5 donation ensures that four books gets purchased. (Text BOOK to 20222 to donate)

• Project HOME - empowering individuals to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty. (Text HOME to 80100 to donate)
