Can you not survive without a good cup of Coffee?

Maybe Lorelai from Gilmore Girls is your spirit animal:

Well if you are looking for a cup of coffee in the area that doesn't require you to plug your nose, pour mounds of sugar, and cry to get that caffeine intake; then you're in the right spot.

Here are some Lorelai approved coffee spots in our area:

|Lambertville Trading Company|

Lambertville Trading Company is your ultimate plug for good coffee.

It's your typical small town coffee shop, from your vintage wood interior finishing to your home made jams and teas.

Not to mention, LTC has the best solution for iced coffee drinkers, with their large coffee ice cubes.

The coffee shop has been running under the same management for over 30 years, providing over a dozen local and specially imported bean varieties, and fresh baked goods to the local Lambertville and New Hope community.

|Small World Coffee|

Small World Coffee is right in the heart of Princeton, and a go to coffee stop for many Princeton University students and faculty, as well as local residents.

I always run into someone I know there, ironically enough.

Small World has two locations in Princeton, their original is on Witherspoon street which often hosts live music and other community events. A smaller location is right on Nassau Street.

It's usually pretty crowded but the service is great and the coffee is worth facing the crowd. They have some pretty good breakfast and lunch options as well.

|Rojo's Roastery|

Rojo's Roastery started in Lambertville but eventually opened up a location in Princeton.

I usually enjoy going to the Lambertville location for its rustic warehouse look.

Not to mention the coffee is incredible, and the beans are all from individual small volume growers, so it's unlike most major coffee companies.

243 North Union Street Lambertville New Jersey

33 Palmer Square W, Princeton, New Jersey

I know, this one isn't technically in Mercer County, but it's just across the river in Yardley, PA, and is definitley worth noting on this list.

Pretty Bird Coffee has a great drink menu, my personal favorite is the french vanilla lavender iced latte.

Pretty bird reminds me of a trendy coffee shop I would see in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
