Local Fast Food Restaurant Has Best Customer Service in America

Chick-fil-A has been named the fast food restaurant with the best customer service in the country, according to 6 ABC. Is this the reason why it's always so crowded? Or, is it those nuggets and waffle fries? So yummy.

According to Newsweek's America's Best Customer Service Report 2019, Sonic Drive Thru came in second for best customer service. You can try them out on North Olden Avenue in Ewing.

Arby's was third runner up. Arby's have several locations near us including Bordentown, Levittown and Fairless Hills.

Some factors considered were "customer focus, quality communication, accessibility, and technical competence."

I have a confession. I haven't been to any of these places. I don't really eat fast food.  However, I have been through the Chick-fil-A drive thru in Hamilton Marketplace one with a friend, and it was a pleasant experience. There was a guy outside, working the line by going up to each car window with an iPad and menu in hand, taking orders. It definitely sped up the process. Fast food should be...well, fast. This girl has places to go and things to do.
