NKOTB Filmed Their New Music Video At This NJ High School

The New Kids On The Block filmed their new music video for "Boys In The Band (Boy Band Anthem) at Cedar Grove High School in New Jersey.

They were able to film their video in one day so they didn't disrupt classes or cause a big scene at the school. According to NJ.com they filmed on a Saturday in late January and started at 6:30am. They were able to wrap the music video after 18 hours.

You might notice some other familiar faces that makes cameos in the video too. Since this song is a self declared boy band anthem they had Lance Bass from NSYNC play a teacher at the school, along with Debbie Gibson (she wasn't in a band, but still a fun throwback artist to have featured). You'll also see members of Naughty by Nature and Bell Biv DeVoe in the video too.

Though they didn't cast students from Cedar Grove High School to be in the video they did have cheerleaders from Montclair State University in a scene with Debbie Gibson. Yet as a thank you to the high school, NKTOB, donated a new elevator wrap and mascot decals, according to the Cedar Grove High School's Instagram account.
