Over $100K In Fake Louis Vuitton Bags Seized In Route To NJ

A shipment of fake Louis Vuitton bags have been seized in Philadelphia.

The fake designers bags were reportedly in route from Hong Kong and almost made it's way to it's final destination in Logan Township in South New Jersey when they were taken by authorities in Philadelphia, according to patch.com.

If the designer handbags were real, they would retail at $130,610 says patch.com.

The crates that were seized with the fake Louis Vuitton bags were labeled as "Lady Bag Sample," and that's what sparked the customs officers suspicion that the shipment maybe counterfeit and detained it, said patch.com.

The three "Lady Bag Sample" crates held at customs contained 37 counterfeit bags.
