It's Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and I'm proud to be helping Radiology Affiliates Imaging spread the word and raise money for much needed research and patient care. I get my mammograms at RAI's fabulous Women's Center in Lawrenceville, and you should too. It could save your life. As you may know, my mom is a breast cancer survivor. It wasn't an easy road, she's hit some bumps, but, has come out stronger. So, I want everyone to think pink. Tomorrow, I'll be at one of my favorite spots, Captain Paul's Firehouse Dogs, 2330 Princeton Pike in Lawrence, with RAI, for a big Pink Pumpkin Party. Sounds fun, doesn't it?  It's from 11am -3pm, rain or shine. I'll be there from noon-2pm. C'mon out! There will be pumpkin and face painting. Wait 'til you see how pretty the pink pumpkins are. They will be for sale, then, you can decorate them and bling them out. There will be Pink or Treating for the kids, games, and more.  Of course, you'll want to grab some food because Captain Paul's is the best....a portion of your food purchase and all donations (there will be plenty of pink stuff to buy) will go to a great organization...Back in the Saddle - Horses as Healers.  They offer life coaching and equine therapy to breast cancer patients and survivors. It's time to do something to get rid of breast cancer for good. Too many wonderful women are affected. Come on out to our Pink Party Party tomorrow and do your part while having a lot of fun. See you there. For details, check out Community News.
