Local favorite, PJ's Pancake House, will finally be opening it's Robbinsville location this spring, according to owner, John Procaccini. Who's excited? I sure am!  After unexpected delays in the fall, construction is full speed ahead, and it's looking great.

The new location is on Main Street in Robbinsville, near the Robbinsville Town Center. You may have missed it, because it's tucked off the road, but, with improvements being made to the area, you'll have a clear view of the entire plaza, and more parking.

This will be PJ's Pancake House's biggest location yet, with 200 seats...140 inside, and 60 outside under their covered patio, according to Community News. I can't wait.

Something new for the Robbinsville location will be the sports bar element at night. They have a liquor license, so get ready for a "tavern feel" after all the pancakes have been served for the day. What a fabulous idea.

The other PJ’s Pancake Houses in the area are located in Princeton, West Windsor, Ewing, and Kingston.

Good luck, John. Save some pancakes for me.
