A film about our area needs a round of applause! "Farming in the Millstone Valley: Past & Present" is a documentary about the Millstone River Valley and was written by written by a Princeton resident named W. Bradford Fay. The reason for the applause? Not just for the local factor, but this documentary will be shown at the 2019 Garden State Film Festival in March located in Asbury Park.

The Princeton resident that wrote the film, had some help on this film, it was directed by Peter F. Frintrup, and produced by Milltown resident Fred M. Frintrup! So we've got two locals involved in this film! If you never been, I encourage you to visit the Millstone River Valley, it really is a beautiful area. There are numerous trails to walk, rivers and streams such beautiful views, and awesome local restaurants to try out.

If you're interested in seeing it, it will be shown on March 30, 2:20 p.m. at City Council Chambers. To see it, tickets are only $15 in advance and $17 at the door. You can even buy weekend passes for the entire festival on their website.
