It looks like Jen Harley is off the hook.

According to E! News, the Clark County District Attorney's office has stated that Ronnie Magro-Ortiz' ex will not face charges for an alleged domestic battery incident. The case was dropped due to insufficient evidence.

Harley spent some time behind bars in the end of June after she and the Jersey Shore star got into a vocal altercation that turned physical when she assaulted and dragged him with her car, with their 12 week old daughter Ariana in the backseat of the car.

“He was screaming for her to stop the car as she was driving. She hit the median and got a flat tire which caused her to slow down," a source told PEOPLE. "He begged to get out and opened the door but she continued to pull away while he was getting out and it tore up his entire arm. It’s a mess from road rash and from being dragged along the street as he was caught in the belt.”

News later came out that Magro-Ortiz struck Harley during the incident in the vehicle. While police agree there was mutual battery between the two, they found Harley to be the aggressor.
