The New Jersey Special Olympics fall games are coming later this month.  Held at Mercer County Park in West Windsor, there will be a bunch of athletic competitions for adults and children with intellectual disabilities.

This event is sponsored by SONJ, which gives year round sports training and athletic competitions to more than 25,000 athletes throughout the state, and completely free of charge. SONJ is committed to giving opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience a good time, and sharing any amazing gifts or friendships that the participants and their families have developed.

Athletes will be competing in challenges like cycling, equestrian, flag football, golf, and soccer. The Special Olympics will take place on October 26, 2019 and will begin at 10am. Get more information here!
