Sears Holdings has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and according to USA Today, they will be closing 142 Sears and K-Mart stores.  These closures are in addition to the 46 store closings that were announced in August, including the Sears at Quakerbridge Mall in Lawrenceville, NJ and the Sears in the Burlington Center Mall.

Today, the Bucks County Courier Times is reporting that Bucks County's two Sears locations --- in Oxford Valley Mall and Neshaminy --- will both be closing.  The articles says that "the stores are expected to close by the end of the year and liquidation sales could begin soon."

Macy's and JC Penney's will be the only two remaining department stores at Oxford Valley Mall and Boscov's will be the only department store at Neshaminy Mall.

In Burlington County, it appears that the Sears at Moorestown Mall will remain open.  That location, according to NJ.com, will be the last remaining Sears store in South Jersey since the Deptford Mall location is also on the list of new closures.
