Spirit Announced Non-Stop Flights To New Orleans in 2019

If you got bit by the travel bug (like I did) ... here is a destination that you might want to add to your list.

New Orleans.

Yes Spirit Airlines (aka the affordable airline) just announced a few new routes coming in 2019. One of them of course is the big easy. Yes, you can travel non-stop to New Orleans in 2019 from Philadelphia International Airport for potentially less then $200 round trip ... not bad if you ask me. Those flights are set to take into effect May 2, 2019. They will also depart on a seasonal schedule four times a week.

I actually took a trip there myself a few months back and FYI, if your traveling in the summer ... warning, it is super hot! Also (shameless plug) if you need travel tips when touring New Orleans ... check out my vlog below.

By the way here is another travel tip ... Spirit Airlines flights are cheap but they bank off baggage, so you might want to try and fit everything in a backpack or carry-on if you don't want to pay extra fees.
