A big congratulations goes out to STEINERT HIGH SCHOOL this morning. They've won PST's competition for the BEST MARCHING BAND IN MERCER COUNTY.

Additionally, a very special shoutout goes out to Nottingham High School for a hard-fought battle through the final round of voting. When it was all said and done they only lost by about 4% of the vote in the final round. Way to go, Nottingham!

Steinert High School's Marching Band is under the leadership of their talented director, Stephanie Giunta. The band's assistant director is John Ketterer. Of course, we're so proud of the band's leadership team including (but not limited to):  Danielle Rafferty, Mike Kelvy, Carolyn Anzuini, Joe Ketterer & Melissa Fisher.

And to the students of the band, we're SO proud of all that you do each and every day. We hope to see you all soon.

All marching bands from Mercer County should be so proud of all that they do each year. We love all of the bands in our area.

The response to the 2018 contest blew us away. Between the three rounds of voting,  we've collected more than 100,000 votes. That's more than a quarter of the total population of Mercer County.

The fun at WPST.com and on our brand new (free) WPST app continues. We're now looking to help Chris Rollins decide which local holiday lights display is her favorite. Click here to vote!
