The Best Bakeries in New Jersey

If you know me, you know that I am OBSESSED with bakeries. Everywhere I go somewhere new, the first thing I do is find a local bakery to try out.

I think I've been to over 100 different bakeries in my lifetime. In my head,

I'm a professional bakery critic. I like to go to different locations, try 'em out, and rate them on a scale of 1 to 10. BUT I'm super picky about my bakeries.

They have to be cute for great picture taking. (Gotta get that good Instagram pic) I like the display of the food to be organized and appealing. Everything and anything I take into account...all the way down to the menus.

So I've done some research on the best bakeries in New Jersey that I have to try out:

1.  Aversa's Bakery - Brigantine

2. Sook Pastry - Ridgewood

3. Sweet Melissa Patisserie - Clinton Township

4. Baking Grace - Hawthorne

5. Bake Works - Linwood

6. Caputo's Pastry Shoppe -  Long Branch

So for the next 6 weeks, I am going to try out each one of these bakeries. One every week. Wish me luck!
