The pumpkin craze has hit a new level. If you love pumpkin everything this season, well get ready for the a pumpkin workout. I saw on PhillyVoice.com that CoreFitness in Philadelphia will be having their annual “BYO Pumpkin Boot Camp.”

Get ready for a refreshing and different morning fitness class on Saturday, October 27th, 9am at the Art Museum steps!

The CoreFitness site suggests that pumpkins should average anywhere between 3 to 15 pounds. It even says "the bigger the pumpkin the harder the workout!" Yet pumpkins aren't necessary if you don't want to bring one, but where is the fun in that?

I also read that they welcome people to come to class dressed in costume for a chance to win a prize. The prize wasn't listed, so it's a mystery prize!
