New Jersey is known as the Garden State and we take those Jersey tomatoes and put them to good use when they're used to make tomato pies! A tomato is like a pizza but different. A tomato pie usually has a thin, cripsy crust, little to no cheese, and tons of tomato sauce with fresh tomato chunks in it. Just writing about makes me hungry. So I was so excited to see the list I found on App.com about the top ten places in New Jersey that make the best tomato pies! I can say I've personally eaten at three out of the ten, and I'd love to visit the other restaurants because I love tomato pies!
