The Holmdel ordinance would make it illegal for anyone who does not own or have permission to access a vehicle "to enter or remain on any driveway, paved surface, or location within 20 feet" of the car when parked.

Cherry Hill Police Department is trying to make sure everyone knows that vehicle has increased and it is because many owners are leaving their vehicles unlocked.
