A fundraiser was set for Sept. 5 at Donald Trump’s Bedminster golf course to benefit those facing federal charges for the violent Capitol breach on Jan. 6, 2021.

Eileen Marko, of South River, was killed in the workplace emergency at an Old Bridge factory.

The crashes were the seventh and eighth individuals to die following crashes in South Brunswick so far this year, according to State Police records.

The harrowing death shocked South River in July 2023, when Bryan Barbosa was struck and killed by a work van that kept going.

Rolando Camarillo-Cholula, 42, of South River lost his balance Wednesday afternoon after helping his three children age 13, 11, and 8 get to shallow water. He never resurfaced and a large search was conducted.

After pulling his children into a shallow area of the Millstone River, a South River dad lost his balance and fell into the water.

The 14-year-old boy was on a bicycle when he was struck on Friday afternoon, police said, by a white work van.
