A hot spot in Princeton is opening a 2nd eatery soon that's not that far away.

Local Greek's new place, Local Greek Lambertville, will be located at 2 Canal Street in Lambertville. I love that area...seems like a perfect fit.

Everyone's invited to the ribbon cutting on Friday, January 22nd at 12pm. Stop by and check it out. There will be free tastings. Yum.

If you're not familiar with Local Greek, they serve "Greek comfort food."  Some of the menu items are old family recipes. This is my kind of place.

The owner, Tony Kanterakis, is excited about the new opportunity, saying in a statement, "The location is at the old Towpath restaurant. It’s right on the canal next to the Delaware River. We had our eyes on it when we first opened in Princeton three or four years ago. And now we found out that they were selling the restaurant–it was great timing. It’ll be the same concept and same flavors from Executive Chef Stratos Karabasis. Each location will have its own twist of character but the same cuisine. We want to bring our Princeton flavors to Lambertville and to Bucks County.”

Small Bites by Local Greek is on Nassau Street in downtown Princeton. All your Local Greek favorites are available to grab and go...super easy...and now featuring a Gourmet Grilled Cheese Pop Up. Click here for the details.

I can't wait to check it out. Bring your family and friends...I'm sure you'll love it.
