Oh, this is right up my alley. Planet Princeton is reporting that there's a new gourmet grilled cheese pop up shop in downtown Princeton. Yum.

It's called Loco Cheese, and it's located inside of one of your favorite spots in town, Small Bites by Local Greek, on Nassau Street.

The owner, Tony Kanterakis, had some extra space inside the front window of his eatery, so he installed a grill and decided to make comfort food on a budget. I bet all the budget conscious Princeton University students love it.

Who doesn't love a gooey grilled cheese, especially in the winter?

Loco Cheese offers more than just the classic grilled cheese.

You can choose from a cheesesteak grilled cheese, avocado, pesto & chicken, provolone with ham & tomato, chicken with buffalo sauce, meatball, and even a bacon & egg grilled cheese. I'm getting hungry. They all sounds delicious, don't they?

You can add an egg to any of the grilled cheese sandwiches for the small extra charge of $2. I would have never thought to add an egg, but, I can't wait to try it. Tomato soup is also available...a natural side for your gourmet grilled cheese. Plus, you can grab some cheese fries, with your choice of cheese.

Speaking of cheese...lol...it's one of my favorite foods in the world. You'll have your choice of cheese for your gourmet grilled cheese...American, cheddar, provolone, mozzarella, and Monterey.

Loco Cheese, inside Small Bites by Local Greek, is located at 20 Nassau Street in Princeton. It's open 7 days a week, from 9am - 9pm.

Grab your family and friends and check it out.
