Police were called to the boardwalk in front of the Flagship Resort on the northern end of the Atlantic City boardwalk in the pre-dawn house of Aug. 1 where two women were found on a jetty shot in the head.
The investigation determined that Robert Wagner, 42, of Pleasantville, had been arrested by Pemberton police on Tuesday in connection with the theft of a single-engine Quad City Ultralight from a hanger in Pemberton.
Police were called to the boardwalk in front of the Flagship Resort around 4:40 a.m. Thursday morning where two women were found on a jetty, according to Atlantic County Prosecutor William Reynolds.
The allegations were made anonymously in 2021 on an Instagram page filled with over 100 stories of sexual harassment and hazing by members in their 30s and 40s taking advantage of 16-and-17-year-old females.
