The penthouse is located in NoHo in Manhattan and has been a celebrity favorite since the '80s.
The nearly 4,000 square foot Manhattan penthouse, which is currently listed, has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Spears expanded the place by combining two units when she previously lived there for four years.
The four-story penthouse has its own 400 square foot terrace with city views and a 24-hour doorman.
