Princeton Patch states that the average gas price for a gallon of regular in New Jersey is $2.75. Comparatively the national average price for a gallon of regular is $2.67.

According to Patch Princeton and GasBuddy, the cheapest gas can be found at a Gulf station on 3710 US-1 & Washington Rd. Their gas costs $2.67, that’s quite the bargain! GasBuddy relies upon user data and is constantly being updated.

Wondering what station has the highest prices right now? Princeton Patch says that the Gulf station at 271 Nassau St. is the most expensive. Per gallon you can expect to pay $3.34.
