No, Matthew Perry & Luke Perry are Not Related

We lost a fan favorite earlier this week when 90210 star Luke Perry passed away. Of course, in the midst of this news, people started to confuse the star with another fan favorite. Yeah, people actually thought Friends star Matthew Perry died.

The two are not even related in any way. Luke was born in Ohio and Matthew in Massachusetts.

Some fans tweeted out saying "Matthew Perry R.I.P" . . . shows how much of a follower you are, people!

Even though Matthew Perry was recently having health issues, he is still alive and kicking.

After suffering a stroke over the weekend Luke Perry, 52, passed on Monday. According to Heavy.com, Luke's father passed from a stroke when Luke was a teenager.

To make it clear for all fans out there, Matthew Perry is not dead. It was all a hoax.
