South Brunswick police said they received a 911 call from a man Monday afternoon who said the driver of a white Mercedes was throwing coins and spitting at his car as they headed south.

Aug. 22 begins a pilot run of the congestion relief project.

Manuel Centeno-Rodriguez, of North Brunswick, previously pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide and two counts of assault by auto.
