Manco and Manco on the Ocean City Boardwalk is slowly opening locations after closing due to employees testing positive for COVID-19.

With not a cloud in the sky Sunday afternoon, I hit the Ocean City Boardwalk to check out the sights and sounds of Mother's Day, 2020. But this time was different on the boardwalk.
