Tullytown police said the dog was thrown while the car traveled on Old Bristol Pike just over the border with Tullytown on Tuesday evening and did not stop.

Tullytown Borough police and U.S. Marshals arrested Yasyn Johnson AKA Yasyn Siplin Thursday morning at the Creek Village Apartments in Tullytown on a warrant from Trenton.
