Thank a Nurse – Celebrating Nurses Week 2021 with 94.5 PST

The COVID-19 pandemic, which has raged for more than a year has reminded us once again that our healthcare workers truly are superheroes.

We are so thankful for the nurses who work hard each and every day to keep us safe and provide us with incredible care when we need it the most. And for the last year -- they have been battling the COVID-19 pandemic on the frontlines.

So we've teamed up with our friends at the Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses (AMSN) to honor these heroes during Nurses Week, which kicks off May 6.

We want to highlight the compassionate faces of our local heroes who are working hard each and every day.
