According to the Courier-Post, an "upscale store with an outdoor courtyard" is being planned for Cherry Hill Mall.  The store will not be a new tenant.  Instead, a current tenant will be moving into this new, larger space.

The Courier-Post says that a lawyer for the mall's owner, the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust, appeared before the Cherry Hill planning board on Monday night and told them that revealing the name of the store would break a confidentiality agreement.  The lawyer did tell the board that the store would be " an internationally recognized technology equipment store" that currently occupies about a 5,700 square foot space in the mall.

A website dedicated to news about Apple products called macrumors.com has a description of the Apple Store in Union Square in San Francisco that includes an outdoor plaza, so our best bet is that this "mystery" store at Cherry Hill Mall will also be an Apple Store.

The Courier-Post reports that the "mall expects to begin preliminary work on the project next month, with the tenant then completing the store’s build-out over the following year."
