Ben Simmons Fined $20,000 After Elbowing Player in the Groin

There is no doubt that our 76ers have been having an excellent season. And Ben Simmons is a lot to thank for that. The NBA team is currently fighting their way to the championship and "fighting" is the perfect word to describe it.

Game 3 against the Toronto Raptors happened on Thursday night, May 2. Well, turns out our star player, Ben Simmons has been fined $20,000 for elbowing Kyle Lowry in the groin! Ouch! Crazy thing is, Lowry downplayed the indecent after the game, despite having complained to officials multiple times during the game.

If you have been following these two, you will know that Simmons and Lowry have a history of provoking each other. The two were ejected on January 15 last year after having an altercation on the court.
