UPDATE: THE BEST HIGH SCHOOLS IN NEW JERSEY SPRING 2024

It's Spring of 2024 and we are down to the last few weeks of the school year and soon the Class of 24' will be graduating and heading on to exciting things as they begin their adult lives. Congratulations to all the students this year who have excelled and look forward to receiving their degrees. The latest list of the BEST High Schools in New Jersey was released Tuesday from U.S. News and World Report.

New Jersey Increases The Number of "BEST" High Schools in America

In a recent article from NJ.com "Forty-two of the state’s public high schools placed in the top 5% nationally in the magazine’s annual high school rankings. That is up from 37 New Jersey high schools that made the U.S. News list last year and 29 the year before."

How Are These School Rankings Compiled

According to NJ.com, "The rankings are based on information almost 18,000 public high schools submit each year. The data includes state math, reading, and science assessment scores, as well as Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate test scores." The article also stated that the survey looked at how underserved students did as well. Congratulations to all the schools in New Jersey that made this premiere list.
