The brainchild of a group of University of Pennsylvania college buds, Insomnia Cookies has grown from Philadelphia, PA to nearly 300 locations across the country.
Those students, to me, are some of the smartest people on earth because I live for Insomnia Cookies ice cream sandwiches. All the cookies are delicious and baked to perfection to begin with. Add ice cream in the middle and I'm gone.
You can go classic like Chocolate Chunk and Oatmeal Raisin or absolutely off the reservation with Vegan Peanut Miso Ramen (yes, in a cookie) and Churro Cheesecake.
One of the best things about Insomnia Cookies is that they DELIVER, too, many until the wee hours of the morning, when you might be battling, ya know, INSOMNIA or just desperately in need of a sugar fix. Did I mention they also have amazing brownies?
Cherry Hill, NJ is Getting an Insomnia Cookies!
Insomnia Cookies' newest location will reportedly be at 1006 Haddonfield Road in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, just across from Wegmans in Garden State Park Marketplace, according to Patch.com.
It looks to me like it's going in the same shopping center as Cabinets to Go next to NovaCare Rehab. The Insomnia Cookies website still says 'coming soon' for Cherry Hill but we'll keep you posted once we get wind of an opening date.
