The Philadelphia Phillies will face either the Los Angeles Dodgers or the Cincinnati Reds in the National League Division Series.

That became official after both the Reds and New York Mets lost on Sunday afternoon, which allowed Cincinnati to clinch the National League's final Wild Card berth and the NL’s No. 6 seed, because they owned the tie-breaker over New York.

Dodgers vs Reds Wild Card Matchup

The Dodgers (93-69) will host the Reds (83-79) in the best-of-three NL wild card round, which begins on Tuesday. The winner of that series will then travel to Citizens Bank Park to face the No. 2 seed Phillies (96-66) in the best-of-five NLDS, which begins on Saturday, Oct. 4.

Phillies’ Season Record vs Potential Opponents

The Phillies clinched their second straight NL East title and their fourth straight trip to the playoffs.

On the other half of the NL bracket, the Milwaukee Brewers (97-65) won the NL Central title and earned the NL’s top seed and will face the winner of the Cubs-Padres Wild Card series. The No. 4 seed Cubs (92-70) will host the No. 5 seed Padres (90-72) in the wild-card round, with the winner advancing to face Milwaukee in the NLDS.
