The Best Songs to Sing When You’re Washing Your Hands
Do you ever feel like you're able to get through something becuase you had a little bit of a distraction? Watching a movie while you're running on the treadmill or any cardio equipment at the gym, so you don't realize how long you've been on it? Sometimes I get nervous about flying, but when I practice my yoga breathing and put my favorite songs on, I am distracted and I don't realize the plane is taking off and it keeps me calm.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, also known as the CDC, recommends washing your hands for at least 20 seconds to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Some people think that washing their hands for 20 seconds is a long time, so to make that time go faster, it has always been suggested to sing a song to make the time go faster. The song that is always recommended is Happy Birthday.

Okay, not a bad song to sing, but since I work at a radio station, I figured I'd find some better songs to sing while you're washing your hands.
