Walmart has announced that it will be cutting its hours temporarily, starting today, to respond to the COVID-19 crisis, according to their website.

The statement reads, "To better support our associates and serve our customers, we will adjust our operating hours beginning Sunday, March 15. Walmart stores and Neighborhood Markets will be open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. until further notice. This will help ensure associates are able to stock the products our customers are looking for and to perform cleaning and sanitizing. Stores currently operating under more reduced hours (for example they regularly close at 10 p.m. or open at 7 a.m.) will keep their current hours of operation."

I spoke to an associate at the Princeton Walmart on Nassau Park Blvd., and she confirmed the news, the store will indeed be closing at 11pm, instead of midnight, until further notice.

So, if you're headed to Walmart on a toilet paper run, or for whatever you need, you may need to make your trip a little earlier, but, it seems as if you still have plenty of time.
