Fans have been relentlessly pitting collaborators and real-life friends Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj against each other following the announcement that Minaj's new album, Queen, will now arrive the same day as Grande's Sweetener, on August 17.

After a number of Twitter users lamented that Minaj moving her album release to the same day as Grande's fourth album could impact the pop star's streaming numbers—and vice versa—the always-vocal singer slammed claims that the release date shift had resulted in beef between her and Minaj, who is a longtime friend.

"jesus is this what's going on today? imma...stop logging in at all lmfao. that's my f---ing sister," she tweeted after a fan asked fellow Arianators to stop "pitting her and Nicki against each other."

"she's clearing a sample. buy and stream queen & sweetener aug 17 bye. these numbers don't mean as much to the artist as they do to y'all. jus want y'all to listen to the project," Grande added, chastising fans for criticizing Minaj's album release shift.

Later, the "God Is a Woman" singer tweeted that she and the rapper "laughed at dat," referring to the rumors of a rift between the two.

Minaj echoed Grande's sentiment, tweeting, "I love this woman. Can't wait for the fans to benefit from all the hard work on both ends. We love your passion. You guys will be VERY happy. Trust. That's all I'll say."

Sweetener and Queen will be released August 17.
