Ariana Grande has been through so much that a recent brain scan shows "terrifying" levels of PTSD.

The "thank u, next" singer shared a scan of what appeared to be her brain to her Instagram Stories on Thursday (April 11) to show fans what a "healthy brain" and what a "PTSD brain" looks like—and the results are deeply shocking because it's very clear that her brain has suffered an awful lot of trauma.

She wrote that the scan was "hilarious and terrifying" but "not a joke."

Fans know all too well what Grande has been through in the last two years. From the Manchester bombing that killed 22 people at her concert to the tragic death of her ex Mac Miller, it's not surprising for the pop star to have PTSD.

She's been very candid about her trauma, too. Last year, Grande revealed she suffers from anxiety, dizziness, and "signs of PTSD" during an interview with British Vogue. "I hate... yeah... admitting it but it very much is," she said after being asked if the symptoms were due to PTSD from the Manchester attack.

"That's what everyone was telling me. It's hard to talk about because so many people have suffered such severe, tremendous loss. But, yeah, it's a real thing. I know those families and my fans, and everyone there experienced a tremendous amount of it as well," she continued. "I feel like I shouldn't even be talking about my own experience—like I shouldn't even say anything. I don't think I'll ever know how to talk about it and not cry."
