According to the Philadelphia Business Journal, an indoor theme park has been proposed for a Delaware County town south of Philadelphia named Aston.

The theme park would be located at Sun Center Studios, which opened in 2011 and has been used in filming for scenes in Creed, The Visit, and several other movie, television and commercial productions.  The space has also been used for rehearsals for musical artists preparing for tours.

The Journal says that the Studios has "proposed a 90,000-square-foot indoor-themed tourist attraction and special events facility that will also have an outdoor attraction component with retail, dining, live entertainment, and water fountain show,"  Rather than having thrill rides like Six Flags, this park would give visitors a behind-the-scenes look at how films and television shows are made.

In addition to the indoor attraction, a hotel and underground parking garage have also been proposed.  There's no word on when the proposed theme park would be approved or when it would open.
