Lower Bucks County is mourning the tragic deaths of five men who have lost their lives in the past week.

The most recent were Christopher Cramp, 56 and his sons David Cramp, 31 and Thomas Cramp, 24. Fox Philadelphia’s Steve Keely reports that Christopher and David were trying to get Thomas off the tracks when all three were hit. Thomas died as a result of suicide, according to the Bucks County Coroner’s Office.

Christopher worked with the Bucks County Housing and Community Development Department and closely with the homeless and dealing with mental illness. He was also a volunteer firefighter, according to state Rep. Tina Davis, D-Bucks.

"Chris was always there for those in need, and his unwavering commitment to the homeless in our community will never be forgotten. We could always rely on him to lend a hand, no matter the circumstance," Davis wrote in a statement on her Facebook page.  "No words can ease the pain of such a tragedy, but I hope the memories of Chris' kindness and dedication will bring some comfort to those who knew him."

GoFundMe campaigns created to help families

GoFundMe campaigns were created to help each of the victims of the tragedy. The Lluveres Family created a campaign to assist the entire family.

"Chris, Dave, and Tommy were beloved members of the Bristol Borough community and will be deeply missed. This unexpected loss is devastating and has left the family to navigate this overwhelming grief," Lily Lluveres wrote.

A campaign created by Jonathan Counts to assist the family of David Cramp says he and wife Erica were married two months ago and had a young daughter together. Erica has a young son for whom David had taken on the role of father.

"He was their protector, their rock, their superhero. And now, Erica is left to navigate this heartbreaking journey without him," Counts wrote. As the world tries to move forward, Erica is left in shock, holding her two children and trying to explain a loss so deep they can’t possibly understand."

A campaign created for Thomas Cramps' widow said they have two small children.

"As they grieve, we want to ease the financial burden of every day life expenses, other unforeseen costs that have arisen during this difficult time and secure funds for his children for the future," campaign organizer Dawn Kaufmann wrote.

Helping four others live

Aiden J. Zeallor, 21, of Levittown, died during a shooting on Route 95 in Philadelphia on March 29. His family and State police told NBC Philadelphia he was driving his beloved 1984 Ford Mustang  in the Port Richmond section when he was struck by "errant gunfire."

“The Mustang that was on the news, he and I built that car. I bought that car when he was 14-years-old. We just found a picture. He would make me take him down to the garage just so he could sit in it because he wasn’t even old enough to drive," his father Tom Zeallor told NBC Philadelphia.

According to Aiden's bituary he was a Gift of Life donor. Four lives were saved following his death.

Aiden's funeral is Tuesday at 9 a.m. at St. Katherine of Siena RC Church on Frankford Avenue in Philadelphia.
