We’re officially one step closer to getting the largest Dick’s Sporting Goods store the region has ever seen.

Goodbye One Cherry Hill, Hello Dick’s House of Sport

A few months back, the scoop dropped (thanks to our friends over at 42Freeway) that Cherry Hill Mall was trading in its centrally located office building, One Cherry Hill, for something way more exciting.

Well, now that outdated building is officially gone. Demolished. Flattened. Which means construction on a massive new Dick’s House of Sport can finally begin.

What is Dick’s House of Sport?

If you're not familiar, Dick’s House of Sport isn’t your average sporting goods store.

It’s a super-sized retail experience, typically clocking in at 100,000 square feet or more, and packed with way more than just racks of sneakers and soccer balls.

We’re talking indoor rock climbing walls, outdoor turf fields, and even event spaces designed for sports demos, community fitness events, and more.

Coming Soon to Cherry Hill Mall

This new version of Dick's Sporting Goods is set to bring some serious energy to the already ALWAYS busy Cherry Hill Mall.

Not only will it offer a next-level retail experience, but it’ll also serve as a hub for sports lovers, local athletes, and families looking for something fun to do. I, for one, can’t WAIT to check it out.
