Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Welcome Baby Boy Via Surrogate
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have welcomed their fourth child, a baby boy, via surrogate.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star confirmed the happy news via Twitter on Friday (May 10), writing, “He’s here and he’s perfect!”
In a second tweet, she said her newborn son looks exactly like her youngest daughter, writing, "He’s also Chicago’s twin lol I’m sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her."
According to TMZ, the baby was born Thursday (May 9) and weighed 6 lb. 9 oz after news that the couple’s surrogate was in labor made headlines when Kourtney Kardashian stopped by Ellen to surprise Kris Jenner with six of her grandchildren.
"My mom doesn't even know this, but Kim's surrogate went into labor," she told the famous momager during the interview. "So she's at the hospital."
A shocked Jenner replied, "No! What are we doing here?! C'mon, Ellen."
Kardashian and West, who are also proud parents to 5-year-old North, 3-year-old Saint and 1-year-old Chicago West, have yet to reveal the new baby's name, but in a recent interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live, the reality star said she was considering the name Rob, in honor of her brother and late father.
Congrats to the couple! And stay tuned for a baby name announcement.
