A Restaurant In Robbinsville Has One Of The Best Dishes In NJ

Many restaurants in our area have opened up during this pandemic, offering takeout, curbside pickup, or delivery only. This is great because it keeps us all away from constantly cooking while also keeping the doors open for many local businesses.

NJ.com recently created a list entitled "21 best N.J. dishes are available right now for takeout.”  On the list, we found Robbinsville's very own De Lorenzo's Tomato Pies. It was mentioned on NJ.com that the best dish the De Lorenzo's Tomato Pies restaurant has to offer is the clam pizza. Not going to lie, if it's being hyped up this much we will have to give it a try. We've tried other pies from De Lorenzo's Tomato Pies but have yet to try the clam pizza.

Back in 2017, there was a "N.J.'s best pizzeria showdown" and according to NJ.com one of the judges called De Lorenzo's Tomato Pies' clam pizza a "tidal wave of flavors."

Even after many years, De Lorenzo's Tomato Pies continues to have great food.

On that list of "21 best N.J. dishes are available right now for takeout," we were also able to find a dessert spot located in Maple Shade. NJ.com named Maple Shade Custard Stand "one of the absolute best in the state." We also learned from NJ.com that the Maple Shade Custard Stand goes all the way back to the '50s. Maple Shade Custard Stand offers services through a walk-up counter or drive-in.

It is great to know that we have some of the Garden States' best food in our area.
