The Bristol Township Council has approved plans for Dog and Bull Brew and Music House to expand, according to Levittown Now.

The restaurant/bar on Route 13, near the intersection of Newportville Road, will be expanding soon in two phases. The first phase will be the addition of a second story to expand the kitchen (closest to the train station) , and on the other end of the restaurant, phase two will be turning the temporary outdoor seating area (set up because of the Covid-19 pandemic) into permanent indoor seating. It will also be used for private parties.

The new indoor seating addition will have an aesthetic tower as a focal point, the article states. The restaurant became even more of a hot spot lately, so they want to make that extra seating permanent.

Dog and Bull Brew and Music House has expanded once before since it's opening about 10 years ago. There used to be a barbershop next door, which they took over and they upgraded the exterior.

The lawyer for the restaurant/bar said, "It's a better appearance and a better presentation. We're looking to make it better."

I took a look at Dog & Bull's website...it looks like a really cool place. They have tons of craft beer (over 80 specialty beers), live music from local artists, and a big, delicious looking menu...unique pub food...they serve lunch, dinner, and brunch. They also have an impressive cocktail menu too. Click here to see all they offer.

There's a 3 course pairing dinner offered for Valentine's Day. Click here for other specials.

I can't wait to check this place out.

I'll keep you posted on the expansion.

LOOK: Best Beers From Every State

To find the best beer in each state and Washington D.C., Stacker analyzed January 2020 data from BeerAdvocate, a website that gathers user scores for beer in real-time. BeerAdvocate makes its determinations by compiling consumer ratings for all 50 states and Washington D.C. and applying a weighted rank to each. The weighted rank pulls the beer toward the list's average based on the number of ratings it has and aims to allow lesser-known beers to increase in rank. Only beers with at least 10 rankings to be considered; we took it a step further to only include beers with at least 100 user rankings in our gallery. Keep reading to find out what the best beer is in each of the 50 states and Washington D.C.
