Get Up Close to Baby Sharks in New Jersey

Get ready for Shark Week at the Camden Aquarium, where you can get up close and personal with baby sharks (and try not to get that song stuck in your head).

The “Shark Summer” has tons of shark-themed activities for families to enjoy. The aquarium is opening a never-before seen area, the shark nursery, for guests to meet baby sandbar sharks and learn how the staff cares for them.

Visitors can also watch sharks be fed, and go through the Shark Tunnel or walk over Shark Bridge to see the only great hammerhead shark on display in America.

You can even snorkel with huge species of sharks, or visit the Touch A Shark exhibit to get a feel for some of the smaller, but still exotic sharks.

For kids, the aquarium offers face paintings, glitter tattoos, special souvenirs, dance parties, and more.

The Shark Summer at Adventure Aquarium runs from July 25^th to September 2^nd.
