According to the New York Post, phase one of the site includes 100 stores, 25 restaurants, and "a five-acre landscaped plaza."

Shops include everything from traditional "mall" favorites like Athleta, H&M, and Sephora to upscale retailers like Fendi, Cartier, and Dior.  The dining choices are also varied, from Shake Shack and Sweetgreen to new restaurants from chefs like David Chang and Costas Spiliadis.

When fully completed, Hudson Yards, located between 10th and 12th Avenues from West 30th to West 34th Street, will also include commercial and residential space, a hotel, public spaces, and the tallest observation deck in the Western Hemisphere.
