For visitors to the Jersey Shore each year, one of the traditions for beachgoers is to get some food either on your way walking to or from the beach. Whether you are going with a couple of friends or having a family beach day, someone will get hungry and want some good food.

Rated one of the Top Family Vacation Towns in South Jersey, Sea Isle City has some great places to eat both on and off the walking promenade. One popular eatery has announced the opening date for their new location.

LouDogs announced earlier this year that they were moving from their location on 38th Street between Landis Avenue and Pleasure Avenue to the Sea Isle City Promenade up the street.

The former home of Spinners Pizza off 38th Street in the Spinnaker South Tower is where Sea Isle City Locals and Visitors can now find great food from LouDogs this Summer.

When Is LouDogs New Location Opening?

Starting Monday, May 20th, LouDogs will be open daily from 11 am to 8 pm at 3800 Boardwalk. With the bigger space and new location, Lou Dogs is expanding their menu to include fried foods such as Chicken Fingers and Fries to go along with their famous Hot Dog options.

Along with the new location and expanded menu options, LouDogs will be offering Beach Delivery Services. Yes, you can keep your spot on the Sea Isle City Beach this Summer and LouDogs will deliver their Hot Dogs and more right to you.

LouDogs in Sea Isle City owner Christian Subashi gave the following statement in a press release about the new location:

"We are so excited to be back on the beach! We had 28 years on the beach with my dad, Lou. When he passed away, we had to leave. Now we are back and bigger. We can't wait for everyone to see the new LouDogs."

"This view is unbelievable (at 3800 Boardwalk), and we want everyone to enjoy it. We've got a lot of exciting things planned (for Summer 2024)."

As mentioned earlier, LouDogs new location is where the old Spinners Pizza used to be on the Sea Isle City Promenade.  Do you remember these places that also used to be in Sea Isle City?

Remember These Places That Use To Be In Sea Isle City, New Jersey

Thanks in part to the Ash Wednesday Storm of 1962 and Hurricane Sandy in 2012, Sea Isle City has seen many changes over the years. Whether you grew up in South Jersey or vacationed multiple summers in Sea Isle City, you may remember some of these buildings and businesses that no longer exist. Which ones below do you remember most? (Special Thank you to the Sea Isle Historical Museum for helping me get these pictures and information)
