OMG! You Might Be Able To Stay Overnight in Lucy the Elephant

How would you like to spend the night inside of one of New Jersey's most iconic buildings?

The Save Lucy Committee just announced that Lucy the Elephant in Margate will be available to rent on AIrbnb starting March 5th at 12pm.  But there's a catch --- Lucy will only be available to 3 guests on 3 specific dates.

Airbnb users will have a chance to rent a one-night stay in Lucy for one of the following dates --- March 17, 18 or 19.  The price of the stay will be a very affordable $138.  (The Save Lucy Committee says they choose that number to honor the number of years Lucy has resided on the Jersey Shore.)

"During their Airbnb stay, guests will be transported back in time to when Lucy served as a summer vacation home in the early 20^th century, fully decorated in Victorian style to resemble how Lucy’s interior may have looked at that time."

The Save Lucy Committee says that Airbnb will be making a donation to help keep Lucy on the Jersey Shore for years to come.
