Steinert VS. West Thanksgiving Day Classic On For Tomorrow

Who will win tomorrow's big Steinert Vs. Hamilton High West Thanksgiving Day Classic football game? That's the buzz around Hamilton Township right now. This rivalry's been going on since the late 1950's, according to our friends at the Hamilton Pulse. Wow. I had no idea.

I hadn't heard about this annual game until a few years ago. My nieces go to Steinert (one is a senior, the other a freshman), and my cousin's daughter graduated from West in June, so, they all go to the game each year, which means no turkey and stuffing on our table until later in the afternoon. Lol.

The Spartans will take on the Hornets at 10:30am tomorrow morning at Hamilton High West. You can livestream the game here. Steinert's hoping to grab another win, making it their 5th win in a row, which would be the first time this has happened since they started playing this annual game (West's had a 7 game win streak in the past). But, West actually leads the series over the years, 34-25-1.
