There's a Tour & Museum in NJ Dedicated to Friday the 13th

When you think of classic horror movies, there are a couple that stand out. Halloween. A Nightmare on Elm Street. And of course, Friday the 13th.

According to an article on onlyinyourstate.com, Crystal Lake in the original Friday the 13th is actually located in Camp NoBeBoSco in Hardwick Township, NJ.

The article says Camp NoBeBoSco is a private boy scout camp that is closed to the public except for a very few, very "tough to get into" tours.

Only in Your State says "Crystal Lake" isn't the only Friday the 13th attraction in New Jersey. In fact, the Blairstown Museum in Blairstown, Warren County, NJ offers a Friday the 13th Trolley Tour. And Blairstown even has an entire museum dedicated to the films, which "offers a collection of Friday the 13th film costumes and props, signed memorabilia, and souvenirs."
