Travis Scott may already be a wildly successful rapper, but did you know he has Broadway aspirations? During an interview with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show released Oct. 6, the Astroworld artist revealed he used to be a thespian, and would be down to appear in some professional plays.

Speaking of his years in the Thespian Society while in school, Travis said that he was in a play called Kiss Me Kate, in which he sang a song called "Too Darn Hot." He then began snapping his fingers and singing the melody of the song to cheers from the audience.

"Would you ever want to do something on Broadway?" Fallon asked. "Yeah—always man, always. Definitely," Travis responded. "That would be fun."

He went on to discuss his experience as a drum player, which he said was something that didn't get him a lot of girls—something that The Roots' drummer Questlove, who performed with Lil Wayne on the show last week, seemed comically offended by.

The "Sicko Mode" rapper even revealed how he came up with the name Travis Scott. "My uncle's name is Travis," he said. "And Kid Cudi is one of my favorite artists of all time, and his real name is Scott Mescudi. And my uncle's friends called him Scott too, so it worked out. My two superheroes," he continued.

It was a big weekend for Travis Scott, who also performed and appeared in some skits on Saturday Night Live after his interview on The Tonight Show.
